Delete your Laiffi account
You can delete your Laiffi account and its associated personal data yourself in the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Open Laiffi and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger zone.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm your identity (password or Google/Apple sign-in) and confirm the deletion.
Deletion is immediate, permanent and cannot be undone. Your account is removed and you are signed out on every device.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to the address below from your account email address so we can verify your identity. We process the request without undue delay.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes the following from our active systems:
- your account and profile, and your email and sign-in identifiers (including any Google/Apple link)
- your tasks, routines, schedules, templates and to-dos
- your settings and preferences
- your saved places and home-location coordinates
- events imported from your device calendar
- your reflections, answers, summaries and prompts
- your reflection-consent and terms-acceptance records
- verification, password-reset and email-change codes
What may remain
Service providers that help us run Laiffi (for example email and AI providers) may hold their own copies, retained under their own policies. We do not claim to delete data we cannot verify as deleted.
